Frequently asked questions

Who can use the academy?

Any Yopeso employee, across any discipline. Sign up with your @yopeso.com email — there's no approval step and no separate invite.

Does it cost anything, or take time away from client work?

It's free and internal. It's self-paced, so you fit it around client work rather than the other way around — there's no fixed schedule or deadline.

How long does a course take?

It depends on the course — each has 4 or 5 modules. There's no time limit; you can leave and pick up exactly where you stopped, across as many sessions as you need.

What happens if I fail a module quiz?

Nothing bad — retakes are unlimited, and the questions and options are reshuffled each attempt. Your best score is what's kept and shown.

What if I fail the final assessment?

You can try again after 7 days. That cooldown applies to every attempt, pass or fail — even a certified learner retaking to chase a better result waits the same 7 days.

Can I retake the final after I've already passed?

Yes — to chase distinction, or just to improve your score. Your certificate always reflects your best result, and it only ever upgrades, never downgrades.

Is my progress visible to anyone else?

Your dashboard, history, and in-progress scores are personal — not shown to other learners. If you earn a certificate, your name and best score appear on the high-score list automatically (see the privacy page for the full picture of who sees what).

What do I actually get for finishing?

An internal certificate — Certified, or Certified with Distinction for a stronger result — recognised across the UX function today and shareable on LinkedIn.

Is this only for UX?

No — UX + AI Foundations was the pilot, but the library already spans product, and a cross-discipline course open to everyone. It's growing into an org-wide program, not a UX-only one.

Something isn't working, or I found a bug — what do I do?

Use "report an issue" in the footer, or email L&D directly. Include what you were doing and what you expected to happen — that's usually enough to track it down.

Didn’t find your question? Ask L&D directly.
