Acceptable use
The basics for using Yopeso Academy in good faith.
Short and plain, because this is an internal tool for colleagues, not a public product with a legal team behind it.
Who it’s for
The academy is for Yopeso staff, signed up with a @yopeso.com email. Your account is yours alone — don’t share your login, and don’t take a course or quiz on someone else’s behalf.
Earning it honestly
The certificate is only worth something if it reflects real understanding. Don’t share quiz or final-assessment answers with other learners, and don’t use outside help to pass a check that’s meant to test what you’ve learned. Failing is fine — retakes exist precisely so you can try again honestly. Quiz and final-assessment activity may be reviewed for integrity.
To say the awkward part plainly, since these are courses about working with AI: using an AI assistant to answer quiz or assessment questions defeats the point, and invalidates the certificate. That includes browser extensions and side panels such as Claude in Chrome or Copilot, and any AI chat open beside the page. Use AI as hard as you like while you’re learning — that’s the whole curriculum. The checks are the one place we need to hear from you.
Don’t
- Automate, scrape, or bulk-download content or scores from the platform.
- Try to access another learner’s account, progress, or certificate.
- Use the platform for anything unrelated to Yopeso work or learning.
Questions or something’s wrong
If something on the platform seems off, or you’re not sure whether something’s okay, ask L&D rather than guess, or report an issue.
